The hosts are currently taking the 12th position in the league. Every time it seems as if the team is slowly becoming consistent, a slip-up comes along. After the victories against Brentford and Crystal Palace, the spirit of optimism was over again and really, because against Wolverhampton they lost. The trip to Tottenham at least resulted in a 1-1 draw. Twice clean sheets in the entire season, but only on the first matchday did they not score. The both teams score eas correct in 13 times when Fulham plays. Brighton are currently 4th. The Seagulls have won six times, drawn five times and lost just twice against Liverpool and Chelsea. Just because Brighton almost always scores points, not everyone is happy. The best example is the recent 1-1 against bottom-placed Southampton. Well, the club is known for close results regardless of whether it's a win, a draw or a loss. Only two results in the entire season had a difference of more than one goal. Brighton haven't won in eight games vs Fulham with four wins and four draws. It's hard to believe that Brighton had five wins in a row just before that. Fulham are four points behind and of course they are not satisfied with their five wins this season. |
